PAHs- Bacterial sequencing of soil system contaminated by mulching film

In this study, low density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic film was selected as the representative of non-biodegradable plastic film. Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) and polylactic acid (PLA) composite mulch film as a representative of biodegradable mulch film, soil microcosmic experiment was established. 16s high-throughput absolute quantitative sequencing was performed on soil and mulch colonizing bacteria to study the effect of residual mulch surface colonizing bacteria community on natural decay of PAHs.
