Underlying data for: A multi-source and multi-scale framework for diagnosing building vacancy and underutilization by integrating neighborhood-wide perception, parcel-level field assessment, spatial statistics, and UAV-LiDAR-derived urban morphology
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the study “A multi-source and multi-scale framework for diagnosing building vacancy and underutilization by integrating neighborhood-wide perception, parcel-level field assessment, spatial statistics, and UAV-LiDAR-derived urban morphology”, conducted in the La Mariscal urban-renewal area of Quito, Ecuador. The repository includes: (1) citizen-perception survey data (n = 531); (2) georeferenced building-level field-assessment data (n = 753); (3) the parcel-level dataset used for spatial analysis after consolidation and restriction to the official urban-renewal area (n = 691); and (4) the integrated parcel-level dataset used for the cross-source comparison between field-observed vacancy/underuse patterns and UAV-LiDAR-derived building vertical extent (n = 685). The data support the statistical and spatial analyses reported in the associated article, including psychometric assessment, descriptive and non-parametric statistics, kernel-density estimation, Getis–Ord Gi* local spatial statistics, and the comparison of building vertical extent across vacancy/underuse spatial patterns. A README file is provided with descriptions of the datasets, analytical stages, variables, sample-size transitions, and interpretation notes.
