The suppressive Immune microenvironment in the drug-resistant multiple myeloma patients

Multiple myeloma is the second most prevalent hematological malignancy worldwide. While combination chemotherapies initially elicit favorable responses in newly diagnosed patients, both intrinsic and acquired drug resistance present a formidable challenge for achieving better treatment outcomes. Here, we profiled and analyzed the transcriptomic and immune repertoire of clinical samples from newly diagnosed patients and drug-resistant tumors.
