2016 SoE Heritage state and territory heritage agencies financial and staff resourcing 2011-12 to 2015-16

Data was requested via Heritage Chairs and Officials of Australia, consisting of representatives of the following agencies:\r\n\r\n- ACT Heritage (Environment and Planning Directorate)\r\n- NSW Office of Environment and Heritage\r\n- NT Heritage (Department of Lands Planning and the Environment)\r\n- Queensland (Department of Environment and Heritage Protection)\r\n- SA (Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources)\r\n- Tasmania (Heritage Tasmania, Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment)\r\n- Victoria (Heritage Victoria, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning)\r\n- Western Australia (State Heritage Office)\r\n\r\n__Notes and caveats of Heritage agency data__:\r\nNote that New South Wales had Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal heritage combined into one entity in 2013/14 and data is unable to be separated beyond this time frame. \r\nHeritage agencies vary between jurisdictions in respective administrative and legislative responsibilities. Most of the agencies are responsible for managing cultural (historic) heritage solely, others are also responsible for aboriginal and natural heritage. ## 遗产机构数据说明与注意事项
新南威尔士州于2013/2014财年将原住民遗产与非原住民遗产整合为统一管理实体，无法分离该时间节点之后的两类遗产相关数据。
各辖区的遗产机构在行政权责与立法职责方面存在显著差异：多数机构仅负责管理文化（历史）遗产，部分机构同时承担原住民遗产与自然遗产的管理职能；在部分辖区内，原住民遗产由独立专属机构负责管理。
南澳未提供2012-2013财年的人员统计数据，且未提供2011-2012财年的年度预算数据。
