We found that T cells impacted rituximab-mediated NK cell viability, ability to mediate antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and phenotypical changes in vitro. To understand the effects of T cells on ritxuimab-mediated NK cell responses at the transcriptional lvel, we performed bulk mRNA sequencing of NK cells in different experimental settings. Overall design: Raji lymphoma cells were cocultured with unfractionated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) or T cell-depleted PBMC for 7 days. NK cells were isolated from the coculture on day 7. mRNA was isolated from NK cells for bulk mRNA sequencing.
