Minutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 17 September 2025

All committee members introduced themselves and confirmed their role as RSCVD ambassadors in their respective countries, emphasizing proactive promotion of the community without the need for committee approval. The steering committee supports promotional activities, the distribution of tasks among members, the expansion of the RSCVD, and outreach outside Spain and Italy through webinars and other initiatives. Officer roles were confirmed and new roles (secretary and communications coordinator) were introduced. Updates to the website and TALARIA introduced searchable statistics, real-time library statistics, and new features, including the development of the Arabic interface and improved notifications. Interoperability with other resource sharing systems is being investigated.
