全省各单位公务用车需要维修或保养时由车辆的调度单位的车辆管理人员发起申请，提交至定点维修厂检修。检修完成后在根据检修的结果，在多家定点维修厂发起询价。由各单位车辆管理人员选定一家维修厂的报价，并提交单位内部审批。审批通过后，车辆进入指定的维修厂进行维修，并由维修厂填报实际的维修项目、工时及金额。最终再由报修单位的车辆管理人员确认完整维修单信息。

When an official vehicle of a provincial-level unit requires maintenance or repair, the fleet manager of the vehicle's dispatching department shall initiate a maintenance application and submit it to a designated repair shop for inspection and servicing. Upon completion of the inspection and servicing, quotations will be solicited from multiple designated repair shops based on the inspection outcomes. Subsequently, the fleet managers of each respective unit will select the quotation from one repair shop and submit the selected quotation for internal unit approval. After the approval is obtained, the vehicle will be dispatched to the designated repair shop for maintenance, and the repair shop will fill in the actual maintenance items, labour hours and total cost. Finally, the fleet manager of the requesting unit will confirm the complete maintenance order details.
