通过模拟长江流域滩地的季节性淹水发生的状况,以 69、189、3412 及 3804 杨树品种为试验材料,测定各处理下杨树的地径、树高,叶片的丙二醛、可溶性糖及叶绿素等生长生理指标,比较 4 个杨树品种在不同淹水胁迫处理下的适应性及生理调节机制。结果表明,随着淹水胁迫程度的增加,各品种杨树幼苗的苗高、地径生长均受到显著的抑制作用; 在 60d 淹水处理后,低水淹及高水淹其叶片的 MDA 均高于对照,说明淹水胁迫显著提高杨树叶片的 MDA 含量; 淹水处理下的杨树品种叶片的可溶性糖含量均有所升高,但可溶性糖在本试验中对水分胁迫不敏感; 低水淹和高水淹处理下的各杨树品种叶片的叶绿素含量基本均呈先下降后上升的趋势。主成分分析表明,3412 杨耐淹水胁迫的能力较强,69、189 杨次之,3804 杨耐淹水能力较差。

Simulating the seasonal flooding conditions of the tidal flats in the Yangtze River Basin, four poplar cultivars (69, 189, 3412, and 3804) were used as experimental materials. The ground diameter, plant height of poplar seedlings, and growth and physiological indices including malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar, and chlorophyll in their leaves were measured under each treatment, to compare the adaptability and physiological regulation mechanisms of the four poplar cultivars under different flooding stress treatments. The results showed that with the increase of flooding stress intensity, the plant height and ground diameter growth of all poplar seedling cultivars were significantly inhibited. After 60 days of flooding treatment, the MDA content in leaves under both low and high flooding conditions was higher than that of the control group, indicating that flooding stress significantly increased the MDA content in poplar leaves. The soluble sugar content in the leaves of poplar cultivars under flooding treatment increased to varying degrees, but soluble sugar was not sensitive to water stress in this experiment. The chlorophyll content in the leaves of each poplar cultivar under low and high flooding treatments generally showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. Principal component analysis revealed that poplar cultivar 3412 had the strongest tolerance to flooding stress, followed by 69 and 189, while poplar cultivar 3804 had relatively poor flooding tolerance.
