Transcriptome analysis of Caenorhabditis elegans treated with traditional herbal extract for aging delay

This project aims to explore the transcriptional response of Caenorhabditis elegans to treatment with a traditional herbal extract that has potential anti-aging effects. RNA sequencing was performed to compare gene expression profiles between treated and control groups. The resulting data provide a foundation for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying aging modulation by natural compounds.
