Phylogeny

This file contains a supertree of all the taxa at all sites that were used in the analysis presented in Letcher et al. 2015; site-specific phylogenies can be generated by taking subsets of this tree.本文件包含了Letcher等人2015年发表的分析中所使用的全部位点上的所有分类群的超级树（supertree）；通过截取该超级树的子集，即可生成针对各特定位点的系统发育树。
