Observatories of the Seas Ontology (OSO)
收藏资源简介:
Observatories of the Seas Ontology (OSO) is a semantic framework designed to describe marine observatories, research infrastructures, regional facilities, sites, platforms, organisations, cruises, and related observing activities. It supports FAIR data management, semantic interoperability, and integration of information related to marine observing systems, with a particular focus on EMSO ERIC. This release (v1.0.5) further improves FAIR compliance, persistent identifier management, ontology engineering metadata, multilingual descriptions, semantic alignments, and machine-readable distributions. It also strengthens interoperability through enhanced DCAT and VoID metadata, improved version resolution via w3id.org, and continued integration with semantic web services and SPARQL endpoint access.
