These volumes are chronologically arranged by date of entry into the Department of Agriculture, with an index in the front of each volume. Details shown are date of appointment, approval papers, position, branch, annual salary and any relevant remarks pertaining to previous employment, followed by date of appointment to the Department of Agriculture, approval papers, position, branch and any relevant remarks (eg. annual increment, transfers, adjustments to salary, equipment allowance etc.). Notations concerning details of entries continued to be recorded to 1923. (10/25229.1-.2). 1 box (part).
