Economics Graduates North-America 1997-2017 with RePEc handles and Scopus IDs

This dataset contains information on dissertations of 20,559 new Economics PhDs who graduated from North American institutions between 1997/98 and 2016/17. It includes JEL codes and subjects (keywords) for nearly all dissertations. I added RePEc handles for 6,166 PhDs and Scopus IDs for 12,253 PhDs. The data result from a merger of the AEA's EconLit database and the Journal of Economic Literature's December issues. It was deduplicated and corrected where appropriate (see Notes).本数据集收录了1997/98至2016/17年间从北美高等院校毕业的20559名新晋经济学博士的学位论文相关信息。绝大多数学位论文均配有JEL分类码（JEL codes）与研究主题关键词。本次整理中，笔者为其中6166名博士补充了RePEc标识符（RePEc handles），为12253名博士补充了Scopus编号（Scopus IDs）。本数据集整合了美国经济学会（AEA）旗下的EconLit数据库与《经济文献杂志》（Journal of Economic Literature）各年度12月刊的内容，并已完成适当去重与修正操作（详见备注）。
