The goal of this project is to generate isogenic prostate cancer cells that are deficient in the protein CDK12 using CRISPR/Cas9, which leads to indels that cause premature stop codons in the CDK12 gene. Cells were single-cell cloned from a polyclonal population after transfection with Cas9 and the sgRNA targeting CDK12. We describe multiple CDK12 KO clones that were generated.
