10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.
本数据集为针对出芽酵母(budding yeast)细胞周期控制系统(cell cycle control system)的10小时延时成像研究,实验采用Clb2dbŒî与Clb5Œî双突变体作为材料,该突变体携带有CLB2基因的破坏框区域。实验所用酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)均培养于2%棉子糖(raffinose)培养基中,原因是该突变体在葡萄糖培养基中无法存活。以野生型酿酒酵母为对照的两组实验对应的图像资源编号为CIL:39606-39625与CIL:39646-39665,可公开获取。以该Clb2dbŒî、Clb5Œî双突变体为实验材料的两组实验对应的图像资源编号为CIL:39626-39645与CIL:39666-39685,可公开获取。
