Bibliometric Data and Validation-Evidence Mapping of Robotic Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy, Ablation, and Access (2000–2025)

This repository provides supporting data and reproducibility materials for a bibliometric analysis and publication-level validation-evidence map of robotic ultrasound-guided biopsy, ablation, and access. The analysis integrates PubMed and Web of Science Core Collection records, comprising 857 unique bibliographic records after deduplication. The focused Master corpus includes 197 publications, of which 184 were classified as direct-validation reports. The deposited materials include publication-level classification matrices, application categories, V0–V3 validation settings, ablation technology pathways, supplementary data tables, and available plotting scripts and TXT data matrices. Validation settings describe the highest reported experimental or human evaluation within each publication. They should not be interpreted as clinical maturity, independent clinical trials, or unique patient cohorts. The deposited data and scripts are provided to support transparency and reproducibility. Redistribution of proprietary Web of Science records and copyrighted full-text articles is excluded.
