A pot experiment was performed to examine the potentials of ryegrass, lignin and rhamnolipid in remediating PAHs-contaminated agricultural soil. Both bacterial and fungal communities in treated soils after a 90-day remediation were analyzed by Illumina's MiSeq sequencing. We try to explore the relations between PAHs dissipation and soil microbes by the in-depth analysis of microbial communities.
