This dataset compiles relevant policies, regulations and rules in the domain of digital economy, which are issued by over 460 governmental institutions and entities including national legislative, judicial and supervisory authorities, institutions under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council of China and its subordinate departments, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), securities regulatory bodies, trading venues and clearing institutions, financial institutions, central enterprises and wholly state-owned enterprises funded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, as well as government agencies at all levels, exchanges and regulatory authorities under the 31 provincial-level administrative regions across China.
