Our project used C.elegans as a model to study the pathogenesis of PD and DLB. We sequence the strains of wild type, A beta strain, alpha-syn(A53T) strain, A beta; alpha-syn(A53T) strain, alpha-syn(A53T);tofu-1 strain, A beta;alpha-syn(A53T);tofu-1 strain to get the small RNA expression.
