Analytical data from the Hare Fiord Sill, High Arctic Large Igneous Province, Canada

This dataset contains original data presented in Excel format to accompany the paper "The hidden past of Continental Flood Basalts recorded by multiple plagioclase antecryst populations in the Hare Fiord Sill, High Arctic Large Igneous Province, Canada" by Bédard et al. (2026), submitted for publication to Journal of Petrology. The file contains the data tables from Bédard et al. (2026), which include new mineral data (major and trace elements and Sr-isotopes in plagioclase) from a suite of mafic rock samples from a sill in Hare Fiord, Ellesmere Island, Canadian Arctic Islands. The purpose of the study is to use plagioclase antecrysts from a 17m-thick, 5.5% MgO, undifferentiated sill to reveal the magmatic processes preceding emplacement and eruption in the High Arctic Large Igneous Province.
