High-Resolution (30 m) Soil Sand Content Mapping Dataset for Cultivated Lands in Black Soil Regions: Northeast China and the Mississippi River Basin in North America (2020–2024)

This dataset provides 30 m soil sand content mapping products for cultivated lands in two representative black soil regions, Northeast China (NEC) and the Mississippi River Basin in North America (MNA), covering 2020–2024. The dataset includes two GeoTIFF (.tif) files: NEC_SoilSandContent_30m_2020-2024.tif and MNA_SoilSandContent_30m_2020-2024.tif. The products use the WGS 1984 coordinate reference system (EPSG:4326), with soil sand content expressed as a percentage (%). Due to the file size limits of the cloud database, the original values have been scaled by 100 and stored as 16-bit integers. This process inevitably has some effect on the original values.本数据集为中国东北（Northeast China, NEC）与北美密西西比河流域（Mississippi River Basin in North America, MNA）这两个典型黑土区的耕地提供30米分辨率的土壤砂粒含量制图产品，时间覆盖2020至2024年。数据集包含两个GeoTIFF（.tif）格式文件，分别为NEC_SoilSandContent_30m_2020-2024.tif与MNA_SoilSandContent_30m_2020-2024.tif。该系列产品采用WGS 1984坐标系（EPSG:4326），土壤砂粒含量以百分比（%）表征。受云数据库的文件大小限制，原始数值已被缩放100倍并以16位整数格式存储，该处理过程不可避免地会对原始数值造成一定影响。
