TIFF of pullback images, each image taken 60 seconds apart
spcutMeshSmRS_0000XX.mat files provide the geometry mapping from 3D space in microns to 2D space seen in the TIFF images. For the images, 2D space limits span (x axis) s=[0, max(spcutMeshSmRS.uv(:, 1))] and (y axis) phi=[0,1]. The physical location in space of phi=0 is identical to phi=1, as the gut is mapped as a topological cylinder.
