Raw flow cytometry data for KPNA2 knockdown in osteosarcoma cells

This dataset contains raw flow cytometry data associated with the manuscript “KPNA2 promotes osteosarcoma progression through JAK2/STAT3-related EMT changes and Notch-associated proliferative signaling”. The dataset includes raw .fcs files from apoptosis and cell-cycle assays performed in U2OS and SaOS-2 osteosarcoma cells after stable knockdown of KPNA2. The experimental groups include sh-NC and sh-KPNA2 cells. Sample metadata, file-to-group mapping, and gating strategy information are provided to facilitate interpretation and reuse of the data.
