Performance Measurement Data: OpenTelemetry vs Kieker in Python, MooBench

This dataset contains the micro-benchmarking execution times of OpenTelemetry-Python and Kieker-Python collected using the MooBench framework. The measurements were taken over 10 loops of 2,000,000 method calls each on a dedicated Linux machine (Rocky Linux 9.7, AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, Python 3.9.25). The dataset includes uninstrumented baseline measurements, internal processing overhead (no export), and full network export configurations (Zipkin for OpenTelemetry, Binary TCP for Kieker).
