This project provides the sponge metagenome assembly of Mycale fibrexilis. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Mycale fibrexilis and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
