In this study, we demonstrated a new method, T7-PCR, for insertion sites mapping from genome. T7-PCR exhibits excellent accuracy and efficiency in resolving complex integration events in yeast, plant, and mammalian cells. We established the whole experimental procedure and optimized experimental parameters, demonstrating its university and reliability in common integration scenarios.
