A Comprehensive Profile of microRNAs in Human Tear Fluid

We performed miRNA sequencing on RNA extracted from 32 human tear fluid samples collected using Schirmer strips from healthy individuals. Our goal was to generate a comprehensive profile of miRNA content in human tears and to examine potential demographic-specific differences among healthy samples. Overall design: miRNA-seq profiling of 32 human tear fluid samples from healthy individuals.
