The dataset was used in the article "Evaluation of hybrid performance in plant breeding via genomic selection for pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima), maize (Zea mays), and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)". In the dataset, the file name containing TP is the training population file, and the file name containing BP is the breeding population file. The pumpkin dataset is originally from Wu et al.
