Monitoring data from Forested Infiltration Area in Arborea, Italy (NATMED project)

The dataset includes the data resulting from the monitoring network in the Forested Infiltration Area (FIA) in Arborea (Italy). The monitoring network was set within the project Menawara (ENI CBC MED) and Natmed (funded by PRIMA EU program). These Dataset are associate with D3.3 - case study assessment (NATMED) The dataset includes the following data: 1) Evapotraspiration. Computed at daily scale with the Penman Monteith equation with weather data obtained at the Luri weather station in Arborea (see weather.xlsx). 2) Weather. Weather data obtained at the Luri weather station in Arborea, includes: precipitation, air temperature, air humidity, solar radiation, wind speed. 3) Water quality. Nitrates, phosphates and Ammonia concentration detected in inflow (IN), in the suction lysimeter disk (LIS) of the PTS layer, and in groundwater (PZ) 4) Soil moisture. Average soil moisture and soil temperatures detected by multiprofiling probes. 5) Piezometric levels. Piezometric levels detected by pressure transducer in 5 wells within the FIA area. 6) GHG emission. N2O , CO2 and CH4 gas emissions from soil and trenches of the FIA area 7) Water temperature on PTS. Temperature detected by T107 sensors in the PTS.
