IMS X Production Line Dataset: Faulty and Healthy Operation

This dataset contains time-series data collected from a four-station IMS X mechatronic production line over three days (30/04, 01/05, 02/05). Each Excel file contains logs for Sorting, Assembly, Processing (Milling), and Testing stations.One file (30/04) includes a fault scenario where a white workpiece was blocked at the milling station.Columns include sensor states (B1–B11), actuator commands (M1–M8), electrical readings (power, voltage), and error flags.An example notebook is included for signal visualization and fault analysis.
