Raw diffraction images of the engineered mini-protein LCB2 (blocking ligand of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein)

The images are from the dataset used to solve and refine the PDB structure 8C3E (https://www.rcsb.org/structure/8C3E).The LCB2 crystal belongs to space group P321 with unit cell parameters a=57.82, b=57.82, c=41.54 Å.Diffraction data were collected at 100 K on a XtaLAB Synergy‑S diffractometer equipped with PhotonJet-S Cu microfocus X-ray source and HyPix-6000HE detector (Rigaku Oxford Diffraction, Oxford, UK) at the Center for XRD studies at St. Petersburg State University. The dataset consists of four runs (56 frames, 150 frames, 150 frames and 50 frames), acquired with oscillation angle of 0.5 degree.
