Targeted proteomic analysis of endothelial-specific biomarkers and non-invasive assessment of endothelial function using FMSF, FMD and RH-PAT studies in FEP patients - research data.

The dataset contains quantitative results of a panel of 18 protein/peptide biomarkers specific for endothelial dysfunction measured in human plasma in young patients with first episode of psychosis (FEP patients) and in healthy volunteers, as well as results of the assessment of endothelial function in FEP patients and in healthy volunteers based on functional tests of the brachial artery (FMD study) and peripheral microcirculation (RH-PAT study) and skin (FMSF study).
