Description: Community development districts under the authority of HCDA which include the Kalaeloa Community Development District, the Kakaako Community Development District, the Heeia Community Development District and the Pulehunui Community Development District. Notes: Pulehunui Community Development District added July 2025, per HCDA staff; added missing TMK # 121046010 to Kakaako District, May 2023; Heeia and Kalaeloa boundaries corrected, per HCDA, November 2021.
