In our study, sequencing results revealed a miRNA-mRNA modulated network in M2-exo treated IEC. This suggested that M2 macrophages load multiple miRNAs into exosomes, which then resolve ulcerative colitis by activating or inhibiting signaling pathways associated with proliferation and inflammation. Overall design: The microRNA in M0-exo and M2-exo were analyized. The mRNA profile were determined in untreated IEC and M2-exo treated IEC.
