资源简介:

This dataset contains complementary experimental data supporting the publication indicated below. The repository hosts spectrophotometric data collected during the evaluation of singlet oxygen (^1O₂) generation by pyridinepropoxy-substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanines under photochemical and sonochemical activation. The data provide insights into the compounds’ photo- and sonodynamic reactivity and their stability in DMSO and DMF media. File 1 and File 2 (EG3 1O2 DPBF DMSO I–II.xlsx)Contain raw absorbance data of DPBF degradation induced by singlet oxygen generated from Zn(II) phthalocyanine derivative EG3 in DMSO. Measurements were recorded at regular time intervals under controlled irradiation conditions. The files document wavelength-specific absorbance decay and include metadata describing solvent composition, light exposure parameters, and time resolution. File 3 (EG3_DMF_Fotodecomposition_15s_10min.xlsx)Includes spectrophotometric data from photodecomposition experiments of the EG3 compound in DMF under continuous light exposure (15 s–10 min). The dataset can be used to assess compound stability and photobleaching kinetics. File 4 and File 5 (EG4 1O2 DPBF DMSO I–II.xlsx)Contain analogous data for the EG4 derivative, documenting DPBF degradation in DMSO during singlet oxygen generation experiments. These measurements complement those for EG3, enabling comparative assessment of photoinduced reactivity between two structural variants of pyridinepropoxy-substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanines. All files are provided in .xlsx format. Recommended software: LibreOffice Calc, Apache OpenOffice Calc, or Microsoft Excel. Methods of data acquisition, sample preparation, and detailed experimental conditions are fully described in the related publication listed below.Wysocki, Marcin, et al. "Non-peripheral octasubstituted zinc(II) phthalocyanines bearing pyridinepropoxy substituents – Antibacterial, anticancer photodynamic and sonodynamic activity."
