We demonstrated that Pyk2 is a novel fear memory suppressor molecule and Pyk2 null mice provide a model for understanding fear-related disorders. Study for Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner used RNA-seq experiments of hippocampus from WT,Pyk2 KO at basal conditioning before fear conditioning.
本研究证实,Pyk2是一种新型恐惧记忆抑制分子,且Pyk2基因敲除小鼠可作为探究恐惧相关障碍的动物模型。针对Pyk2以不依赖自身磷酸化的方式抑制情境性恐惧记忆这一课题,本研究使用了恐惧条件化前基础条件化阶段的野生型(Wild Type, WT)与Pyk2敲除(Knockout, KO)小鼠的海马组织RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验数据。
