Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner

We demonstrated that Pyk2 is a novel fear memory suppressor molecule and Pyk2 null mice provide a model for understanding fear-related disorders. Study for Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner used RNA-seq experiments of hippocampus from WT,Pyk2 KO at basal conditioning before fear conditioning.本研究证实，Pyk2是一种新型恐惧记忆抑制分子，且Pyk2基因敲除小鼠可作为探究恐惧相关障碍的动物模型。针对Pyk2以不依赖自身磷酸化的方式抑制情境性恐惧记忆这一课题，本研究使用了恐惧条件化前基础条件化阶段的野生型（Wild Type, WT）与Pyk2敲除（Knockout, KO）小鼠的海马组织RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验数据。
