Regression Analysis Results of the Japan GEONET GNSS Network (1996–2016)

This dataset contains the results of regression analysis of GNSS station time series from the Japan GEONET network (1996–2016) (GSI, https://www.gsi.go.jp/ENGLISH/geonet_english.html). More than 1300 stations were processed using the RegressME software (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17554978), which applies machine-learning regression to separate seasonal, coseismic, and postseismic components of ground motion. The dataset includes regression coefficients, statistical model tests, annual velocity variations, and graphical outputs for each station. It supports the study “Revealing Spatiotemporal Deformation Patterns through Time-Dependent Clustering of GNSS Data in the Japanese Islands” (Machine Learning & Knowledge Extraction Journal, 2025).
