To investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms that initiate liver regeneration and liver organoid formation, we performed RNA sequencing in the following cell types: hepatocytes from undamaged livers of mice as well as 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d of liver regeneration after PHx. Hep-Orgs were isolated from adult male mice hepatocytes and cultured for passages. We generated transciptome datas from undamaged livers of mice as well as 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d of liver regeneration after PHx. Hep-Orgs were isolated from e hepatocytes and cultured for passages. This is our second submission of transcriptomic data from the liver regeneration process following PHx (partial hepatectomy). The data submitted this time covers time points at 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 7d, 14d, and 21d. This dataset serves as a supplement and extension to the previously submitted data, further refining the comprehensive landscape of gene expression dynamics during liver regeneration.
