Cimel Sunphotometer (CSPHOT): almucantars sky radiance data

The hfecsphotalmM1.a1 datastream contains almucantar sky radiance measurements from a Cimel Sunphotometer. This instrument is a multi-channel, automatic sun-and-sky scanning radiometer that measures direct solar irradiance and sky radiance at the Earth's surface at predetermined discrete wavelengths in the visible and near-infrared parts of the spectrum. These measurements are used to determine atmospheric transmission and scattering properties. The data were collected at Facility M1 (Shouxian, Anhui, China), which is located at the HFE site (Shouxian, Anhui, China, Mobile Facility for AEROSOLINDIRECT), between May 10, 2008, and December 27, 2008.
