This collection contains the data and R scripts necessary to reproduce the findings presented in the paper "Using recent baselines as benchmarks for megafauna restoration places an unfair burden on the Global South"Folders are organized to function properly with the R scripts provided. Changes to the folders will cause errors when running the script.To reproduce the analyses, the "Data" folder from the PHYLACINE database (available from https://github.com/MegaPast2Future/PHYLACINE_1.2) needs to be downloaded and added to the "PHYLACINE 1.2.1" folder.
