Replication Data for: From Respondents to Networks

This folder contains the following files: 1. 'WMN - Run Models.R' - provides the script to run in R (https://www.r-project.org/) all analyses reported in "From Respondents to Networks: Bridging between Individuals, Discussants, and the Network in the Study of Political Discussion," by Pietryka, Reilly, Maliniak, Miller, Huckfeldt, and Rapoport, published in Political Behavior. 2. 'WMN_-_Run_Models_-_Log.html' - an html file that displays the results from running the 'WMN - Run Models.R' in R version 3.3.3. The file can be viewed in a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox). 3. 'dyadic_data.csv' - a comma separated file of the data used for the models reported in Table 2. The data are dyadic. Each row represents a respondent and one of his or her named friends. 4. 'individual-level_data.csv' - a comma separated file of the data used for the models reported in Tables 1, 3, and 4. As the name implies, the data are at the individual level; each row represents a respondent.
