Evaluation of the effects of a maternal high-fat diet (HFD) on myelination impairment in adolescent rat offspring (male and female, 28 PND) using immunofluorescence staining to visualize specific markers of oligodendrocyte lineage cells (CC-1, NG2, Olig2) compared to offspring, whose mother's were fed a standard diet (SD).
