Asparagus officinalis small RNA sequencing

Garden asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) is a highly valuable vegetable crop of great commercial and nutritional interest, and it also has great value in studying plant sex determination and differentiation mechanisms. This project performs small RNA sequencing of flower buds from male and female plants, aiming to discover miRNAs related to sex determination and sex differentiation in asparagus.
