Margin of Stability during stair ascending and descending under three footwear conditions.

This dataset contains the values of Margin of Stability (MoS) along anterior-posterior and medial-lateral direction during steady stair ascent and descent, collected from 21 healthy young adults under three different footwear conditions. The dataset also includes participants' self-reported confidence and stability scores, rated on a 0–100% scale for each footwear condition. These data were collected as part of the first author's PhD research at Nottingham Trent University under an ethically approved study, funder by University of Dhaka.
