Boundaries derived from interpretation of 1 meter NAIP, 1 foot ESRI, and 6 inch Google aerial imagery. Manually digitized and updated as new aerial imagery becomes available. Acres used to help estimate secondary water use for municipalities and communities. Overview This feature service contains mapped golf course boundaries across Utah and supports inventory, planning, and water-use estimation for irrigated recreational landscapes. The service includes a single polygon layer representing individual golf course sites with attributes for course identity, status, location, contact information, and area. Feature Layer Golf Courses — Polygon features depicting golf course boundaries statewide. Attributes identify each course by name and operating entity, and include location details, hole count, par, acreage, year built, status, contact information, and related administrative areas. Geographic Coverage The dataset covers golf courses throughout Utah and reflects a statewide view of recreational turf areas used in water resource planning.
