Gene expression in rat ovaries treated with DHT

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder of the reproductive and metabolic axis in women during the reproductive age. In this study, we used a rat model exhibiting reproductive and metabolic abnormalities similar to human PCOS to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlining this complex syndrome.多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS）是育龄女性生殖与代谢轴的内分泌紊乱性疾病。本研究采用表现出与人类PCOS相似生殖与代谢异常的大鼠模型，以阐明该复杂综合征的分子机制。
