资源简介:
Here we provide the complete set of files used by Moser et al., (2021, see References section below for the complete citation) for the morphometric analysis. In particular, we provide the following documents: - ANOVA_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex.R: R-script for calculating the ANOVA. You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142          - Appendix_02_Table_Textrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.csv: CSV table of basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements           - Appendix_02_Table_Textrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.xlsx: Excel table of basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements           - Appendix_02_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.R: R-script for calculating basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements.      - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex.csv: Dataset with raw values (in millimeters) of all 273 specimens. NAs replaced using the R-script "Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_multiple_imputation_mice.R" below. This is the datafile used for all morphometric analyses. - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_multiple_imputation_mice.R: R-script used for replacing NAs. - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_rawdata_with_NA.csv: Dataset with raw values (in millimeters) of all 273 specimens. NAs not replaced.          - Figure_02_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_shape_PCA.R: R-script for calculating the shape PCA (Fig. 2A) and PCA ratio spectra (Figs. 2B, 2C) (download Fig. 2 from publisher). You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142      - Figure_03_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_allometry.R: R-script for plotting the isometric size against shape PCA for checking allometry (download Fig. 3 from publisher). You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142      - Figure_04_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_ratios.R: R-script for calculating boxplots of best ratios (Figs. 4A, 4C) and the standard ratio (Fig. 4B) (download Fig. 4 from publisher). You may get the necessary MRA source scripts from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142          - Figure_05_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_intermediates.R: R-script for plotting the isometric size against the best (Fig. 5A) and the standard ratio (Fig. 5B) for checking the position of Nadig's intermediate specimens (download Fig. 5 from publisher). You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142      - IamgeJ_script_100x.txt: ImageJ script used for taking measurements at 100x magnification          - IamgeJ_script_150x.txt: ImageJ script used for taking measurements at 150x magnification          - IamgeJ_script_30x.txt: ImageJ script used for taking measurements at 30x magnification          - scale_100x.tif: photo of scale taken with Keyence VHX 2000 digital microscope at 100x magnification      - scale_150x.tif: photo of scale taken with Keyence VHX 2000 digital microscope at 150x magnification      - scale_30x.tif: photo of scale taken with Keyence VHX 2000 digital microscope at 30x magnification      - Supplementary_Figure_01_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_character_reliability.R: R-script for calculating the shape PCA (SFig. 1A) and PCA ratio spectra (SFigs 1B, 1C) including all variables (download SFig. 1 from the publisher). You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142 - tet_001_000000_100x.png, tet_001_000000_150x.png, tet_001_000000_30x.png, etc.: Photographs taken with the Keyence VHX 2000 digital microscope with measurements indicated with yellow lines. Photos were taken either at 30x, 100x, or 150x magnification. Two codes are provides:     1. Numbers at the beginning of each file (tet_001, tet_002, etc.) refer to the code number in the datafile (see above).     2. A code-number composed of a 6 digit number together with the magnification refers to a particular character in the following manner: Code-number    Abbrev.    Character name 000000_30x      prn.l         Pronotum length 000001_30x      prn.b        Pronotum breadth 000002_30x      prn.h        Pronotum height 000003_30x      fm3.l        Hind femur length 000004_30x      fm3.b       Hind femur breadth 000005_30x      hwi.l         Hind wing length 000000_100x    fm2.l        Mid-femur length 000001_100x    fm2.b       Mid-femur breadth 000002_100x    teg.l         Tegmen length 000003_100x    teg.b        Tegmen breadth 000004_100x    hea.b       Head breadth 000005_100x    vrt.b         Vertex breadth 000006_100x    fro.h         Frons height 000000_150x    bt3.l         Basitarsus length 000001_150x    pu2.l        2nd pulvillus length 000002_150x    pu3.l        3rd pulvillus length 000003_150x    eye.b       Eye breadth 000004_150x    eye.h       Eye height 000005_150x    fl5.l          5th flagellomere length 000006_150x    fl5.b         5th flagellomere breadth   Citation of this package Use the citation provided by Zenodo (on this webpage)   Contact Hannes Baur
