RNA sequencing data of radioresistant and radiosensitive organoids at day 0 and 24h following 10Gy irradiation

To test whether radioresistant and radiosensitive organoids respond differently to irradiation, organoids were exposed to 0 or 10 Gy of radiation. RNA was extracted from cells at day 0 (1 hour before irradiation) and day 1 (24 hours after irradiation). This allows the comparison of radioresistant versus radiosensitive organoids at baseline (day 0) and at 24h following radiation, as well as the comparison of unirradiated versus irradiated organoids. For each organoid in each condition, three replicate samples were sequenced.
