Starlord Standard Grids
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the standard grid files for the Starlord MCMC fitting code (code repository, documentation). The grids are derived from previously published data, reformatted to work with Starlord, and provided here with the permission of their creators. Each grid consists of a Numpy *.npz file containing both grid metadata and the grid data itself; grids are organized in n-d regular grids (hence the name) for efficient interpolation. Starlord uses these grids to build and run efficient MCMC samplers to fit grids of stellar, white dwarf, and brown dwarf evolution models to observational data. The code is flexible enough to be used for other similar purposes as well (e.g., inference of planetary interior properties). The grids available in this version are as follows: MIST 1.2 stellar evolution models and bolometric corrections [1, 2] MIST 2.5 stellar evolution models and bolometric corrections [1, 2, 3, 4] PARSEC 2.0 stellar evolution models [5, 6, 7] and associated YBC bolometric corrections [9] Thorngren & Fortney (2018) hot Jupiter internal evolution models [10] If you use these grids, please cite the original data source. In addition to the above links, each grid has citations included in the metadata, viewable with "starlord -g [grid_name]" once downloaded. Citation information is also saved alongside posterior samples generated using the grid.
