Code and data for: Change in the demographic dynamics of a spatially structured population of a colonial waterbird after a perturbation affecting a large colony

This folder contains all the novel code and processed data to reproduce the results of the manuscript Change in the demographic dynamics of a spatially structured population of a colonial waterbird after a perturbation affecting a large colony: analysis: R Markdown scripts to analyse processed data and model outputs to reproduce figures & numbers. data: raw and processed data to describe the dynamics of the study system (".csv" files) and to run the integrated population models (".rda" / ".Rda" files). The text files named "metadata" describe the structure of the corresponding data files. figures: figures generated by the R codes and reported in the manuscript / appendices. models: codes to run the integrated population models for each study period p1 to p4 (with the JAGS model in the sub-folder named "JAGS_code"). output: outputs of the integrated population models p1 to p4 used in the manuscript. perturbation_ssp_cridibundus.Rproj: R project to open an R session in which all R codes should be able to run without any problems.
